In preparation for your trip, we've put together some suggestions to help make the most of your conference experience. Get ready for the Annual Conference with these final tips you need to know before you go!

Wi-Fi will be complimentary in attendee guest rooms and in the meeting space.

Parking
Parking is complimentary for attendees and guests.


ATTIRE AND WEATHER
During the day, anything from business to casual dress is appropriate. Evening attire is at your discretion.
Meeting room temperatures tend to fluctuate at different times of the day, so it's a good idea to pack a light sweater or jacket to have with you in the meeting rooms. PLEASE NOTE: The meeting rooms are cold, please bring a light weight jacket or sweater.

CME CREDIT INFORMATION
Max General Session CME: 25 hours
This activity has been reviewed by the American Academy of Physician Associates Review Panel and is compliant with AAPA CME Criteria.
This activity is designated for 25
 AAPA Category 1 CME credits. PAs should only claim credit commensurate with the extent of their participation. Approval is valid from 7/10/2025 to 7/12/2025. AAPA reference number: CME-2013862.


CONFERENCE DETAILS
Your Conference registration materials will be ready for pickup at the MOAPA Registration Desk on Thursday, July 10, from 6:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m., and during posted registration hours for the duration of the Conference.
