PA Shadowing & Scheduling

James Kimber, PA-C, is the founder of Physician Assistant Shadow Online which he created to facilitate the shadowing process for both PAs and students.

www.pashadowonline.com

This site is free for both PAs and students to use.  The process is simple and you can create your own calendar for students to sign up and shadow.  There is a help page to explain how to make shadow appointments and it only takes a few clicks.  There is also a YouTube tutorial available on the site.  The site is automated so after you create your calendar, you don't have to do anything else.  The student will receive emails telling them when and where to show up, even what the appropriate attire is for your practice setting.

Remember:  Taking a shadow student counts for Category II CME credit.  PAs and students can "Like" Physician Assistant Shadow Online on Facebook to get updates about the website.
