Exhibitor Information 

Greetings! We would like to invite you to participate in the MOAPA Annual Conference being held at The Lodge at Old Kinderhook from July 11-13, 2024.

  • The Conference will feature an exhibit hall where you can present your products and/or services to our attendees.
  • The target audience for the Conference includes over 125 Physician Assistants and other healthcare providers of interest who wish to attend.

The exhibit hall space at The Lodge at Old Kinderhook is expansive, which allows us room for growth if necessary. We truly are humbled by the amount of support that we have received through the years from our Exhibitors. We could not run a successful Conference without you. If this is your first time attending, welcome!

PLEASE REVIEW FORMS BELOW.  DISPLAY FEE AGREEMENT MUST BE RETURNED IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR A BOOTH!

To reserve your booth space today, you must return the form entitled “Display Fee Agreement” to Amanda Bartlett at  moapaconference@gmail.com

We have various levels of sponsorship for the Exhibit Hall. All levels are available on a first-come, first-served basis.  If you are interested in the Platinum Sponsorship, please contact Amanda Bartlett at moapaconference@gmail.com as there are limited opportunities available.

CONTRIBUTION LEVELS

The Levels of Contribution are:

  • Platinum Contributor: $6,500 *(only 3 available on first-come/first-served basis)
  • Gold Contributor: $5,000
  • Silver Contributor: $3,500 
  • Bronze Contributor: $2,500
  • Exhibitor Only: $1,000

NOTE: If support level is Silver Contributor or higher, please email a high-quality digital copy (PNG, EPS, or TIFF) of your company logo (300 dpi or higher) to Amanda Bartlett at moapaconference@gmail.com.

NOTE: If support level is Gold or Platinum Contributor, please send digital copy of ad to Amanda Bartlett at moapaconference@gmail.com.  EPS and PNG are the preferred formats of the ad to be emailed. Other formats will be accepted as long the ad is at least 300 dpi. The design specs for the advertisements for Gold and Platinum Sponsors are as follows:

  • Platinum Sponsorship - Full page ad - 5"W x 8"H
  • Gold Sponsorship - 1/2-page ad - 5"W x 4"H

EXHIBIT TABLE DETAILS

Exhibit Table Only Fee includes:

  • One (1) exhibit booth with tablecloth and table skirting. (*Table size will depend on the total number of exhibitors present.)
  • Two (2) chairs for two (2) representatives
  • Wastebasket at your space
  • NOTE: Due to regulation changes, lunch is not provided to exhibitors. Once food functions have been solidified, we will send out an email for you to purchase food functions to participate in. 

If you require electricity, outlets are available; however, this will incur an additional cost through the on-site audio visual company. Exhibitors are responsible for providing their own power strips, extension cords, adapters, etc., or these will also incur an additional charge. Please indicate on the display agreement form if electricity is required, as we will plan tables/booth space accordingly

Payment for everything can be made by credit card using link below or by check. Please make checks payable to MOAPA (Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants) and mail to the address below by Monday, June 17, to confirm your participation:

HOTEL ROOMS AND RATES


MOAPA has secured a discounted room rate of $199 per night + tax for the Conference. The rate is available until June 10, 2024, or until the block sells out. Hotel reservations can be made by going online to oldkinderhook.com, click "Book Now", and enter Group Attendee room block discount code 071024MOPA.  To make your reservations by phone, call 573-317-4314 and give them the same code.

CANCELLATION POLICY & REFUND

A full refund is available if a written request for a cancellation is received by June 10, 2024. After June 10, 2024, a $75 fee will be assessed. *Requests for cancellations must be approved by the conference committee.
