Welcome to the website of the Missouri Academy of Physician Assistants (MOAPA). MOAPA serves the needs of PAs and PA students who work or reside in the state of Missouri. MOAPA's website serves its members and the public by providing a forum for services and ideas designed to strengthen and promote the PA profession throughout Missouri. MOAPA will strive to publicize the contributions of PAs to patients, employers, and policy makers. As the voice and advocate of PAs in Missouri, MOAPA promotes continuing education for its members, provides PA employment information to PAs and physicians, and strengthens the role of PAs by supporting and encouraging membership in MOAPA.

Welcome to the new MOAPA website! Thank you for logging onto the new site and seeking information about PA news and information in Missouri. We hope you find this website easy to navigate and over the next several months we hope to have a steady flow of information posted. You, our members, expressed that you would like a more tangible and up-to-date MOAPA and we are doing our best to meet those desires. Another way we are providing tangibility is through our Facebook page. Please take a few moments to visit our page, join our group and post any PA-related issues you may want to know about or put up for discussion. Keep in mind that we are always open to new ideas and suggestions or articles that you would like to submit for placement on the website to even further enhance the site!
We have several ideas we plan to address in the coming months so please check back here for more information. Also, direct and timely information will be sent to all members so if you are not currently a member, please visit our "Join MOAPA Now!" tab on the left side of the page and join today. By joining, you ensure that you will get the most up-to-date information about all of the plans MOAPA has in the works to help move our profession forward to serve the healthcare needs of our Missouri neighbors.
